Where do I even begin? Diplomat Prime stole my heart and I can’t seem to recover from this incredible experience! This weekend we were able to #RediscoverDiplomat and had the pleasure of Induging + Dining with The Diplomat Beach Resort, #DiplomatEats, and so many fellow Miami influencers. We made our way to an exclusive, intimate dinner at this luxury boutique steakhouse and got the party started with Chef Nicolay Adinaguev’s creations. What a dream!
They started us off with an abundant Raw Bar selection filled with colossal shrimp cocktail, delicious oysters in half shell, fresh jumbo lump crab meat, and poached main lobster. I was smitten. This was love at first bite.
They went on to introduce us to their starters; a delicious Steak Tartare with cornichons, capers, tarragon, and egg yolk confit. Here comes the fun part; the Wagyu Filet Mignon! Sweet lord, what a beauty. This was everything I imagined and so much more. As a side, we were served a Black Truffle Whipped Potatoes that had me dancing on Cloud 9. Definitely try the Roasted Mushrooms and Creamed Spinach for your sides when you go, too. They were a hit!

Just when I thought the party was over, in comes the dessert duo; a delicious Chocolate Maquise with Pistachio Ice Cream and a Crème Brulee perfectly baked with Tahitian vanilla and almond tuile. What a grand finale!
